@Clutter my daughter and I have requested a call back from a manager 5 times. I've been promised this call and am still waiting for a manager to reach out. This is unacceptable. I can't recommend your company—horrible service. Promises w no follow through. #badcustomerservice

@Clutter I paid $350 an hour for white glove full service move in Maryland. It turned into damaged furniture, nothing properly blanketed and wrapped, and the crew refusing to move furniture into the new house! I’ll be contacting the @OAGMaryland tomorrow. This is #fraud.

Never ever using @clutter again for a move. Terrible experience. Apparently if they don’t wrap your furniture in protective blankets and they end up dropping and breaking the furniture it’s not covered due to the type of wood that was used to build the furniture.
