Any priority area in schs requires resourcing – time, money, PD, & resources such as physical & emotional commitments. It won’t happen otherwise. Same is true of #parentengagement. It can’t be an add-on to tchrs’ loads, but integral to their core work. @TobiAnneLyons1

Where you find GREAT SCHOOLS and improved student outcomes - you find ENGAGED FAMILIES and communities. Research continually supports this - and practice shows it again and again. Hot off the press: Findings from KY’s Statewide Family Engagement Center #SFEC.
