Our athletes of the week…   Track:  Baylee Carpenter took 25th in the 1500m with a personal best time of 5:08.90.   Field:  Paige Drake took 7th in the long jump with a personal best of 17’ 2.25”.   Rookie:  Lauren took 36th in the 1500m with a personal best time of 5:40.01.

NEW: Man tackled and arrested following the shooting outside of Union Station at the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl parade. At the moment, reports say that one person has died and about 10 others were injured. One of the bystanders in the video could be heard saying: "We tackled him. When we tackled him, the gun came out." The police officer could be seen in the video finding the gun. Local news claims about 10 people were shot, 3 in critical condition and one dead.
