My ex filed suits claiming I should be thrown in jail and she should get all my assets and income because her attempts to stalk me, harass me, lie about me, extort me have failed. When I picked it up, I had 80+ texts from everyone asking if we are ok because Brian Harpole wants to sue me in Tennessee because he can't prove he was not in Arizona while using a lawyer from Florida thats not licensed to practice in Tennessee. Where they want TN to claim jurisdiction on me, because I live in Washington state. I am not a lawyer. This ma ordered a new fridge for $1000 from Lowe’s. When it was delivered, the delivery men accidentally dented the right stainless steel panel on the door. The fridge still works great, but there are three unsightly dents. He reached out to Lowe’s and they took $500 off of the total price, so he ended up getting it for only $500. Would you have taken that deal and saved $500 or would you have taken the fridge back and had the give you a new one that was not damaged?
