🔴 UEFN / Unreal RAM tip If you’re running into RAM issues with UEFN / Unreal Engine, this might help a lot. I cleared my Derived Data Cache folder and removed over 140,000 files, which immediately improved performance and significantly reduced memory usage (in my case). 📁 Path: C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Local\UnrealEngine\Common\DerivedDataCache 🟢 Unreal will rebuild it when needed, since this folder stores compiled shaders, textures, and other processed assets. ⚠️ Over time, especially across multiple projects and engine versions, it can accumulate a lot of unused data. ⚡ Not a universal fix, but in my case it made a huge difference in stability and memory usage.

Sometimes I'm glad I create for a passion and love of the game, rather than being money driven. Money's nice and all, but I'd never sacrifice my morality and sense of honor for it. Making games for my friends and I to play has always been the driving force for my creativity.

We’ve added a new Fortnite Developer Rule to address spam islands in Fortnite: 1.9.1 - “No one likes spam. Do not publish multiple copies of the same island or metadata in an attempt to manipulate search ranking, engagement, or visibility from the same account, alternate accounts or teammate accounts.” Starting March 11, developers breaking this rule will face escalating penalties, including impacts to monetization, island removal, and account suspension. Set up a lil scene to show a gameplay idea using the cursor component I made a while ago (also modified the blackhole shader into a wormhole thingy). Then I ended up making a pinpad component as well (more on that later). Anyway, just thought that we've come so far from the ol' Creative 1.0 days, look at what we can do now!
