The same infrastructure runs Discord, streaming, cloud storage, etc. The question isn’t “data centers or not,” it’s how we power and manage them. Pretending they’re optional is the actual misunderstanding.

@gigwhat7 @Dromel4 Made from scratch doesn’t matter when it’s made to work inside Valve’s game and uses their characters/IP. That’s still a derivative work + bound by their ToS. You don’t get to monetize it just because you remodeled it from scratch. That’s still a violation. Google is free.

@gigwhat7 @Dromel4 Selling a mod without permission is a breach of IP infringement as valves owns the platform for deadlock, you are violating steams terms of use and EULA. You are selling a mod on top of their assets which is 100% illegal and a violation of steams intellectual property agreement.

@CyberAgentz I'm only pointing out the visual style and language of this game is different from Mirror's Edge even if it's inspired by it

Mirror's Edge is neo-brutalist architecture with stark colors and a lack of stylistic features to show its dystopian climate. This game is instead inspired by the Frutiger Aero design style making it brighter and more optimistic. I think they're different enough from each other

How does someone consciously live for that long and not just completely lose all touch with humanity? How was Sam able to interact with others after getting out of that? How did he even continue on seeing himself as a human? He should be acting like an alien.
