I turned on my Waze App and was offered a Doctor from the new ST Academy Show voice. I was told it is @RobertPicardo. So I tried it out. It kept calling me a cadet and just to do what he said. 🙄 I thought I was the only person that gets annoyed with giving directions. 😑

I have a few, because I've had to do it.
Steps to take:
Go through your post/reply history and delete anything "hot button"
Go through posts and delete anything that could be considered "Sensitive" content.
Go through your Follower/Following and get rid of any Spam/Bot accounts.
Keep your presence quiet for a week or two - very few posts or replies. Max of 3 a day.
If you don't want to do any of that, try expanding your replies for a few weeks to be longer-form (not more of them, just make them longer)
If none of this works, or seems like too much work, sunset this account and make a new one, ensuring that you keep it clean.
I chose the final option.
