Using @Kahoot to improve my effectiveness: proper planning, well thought out questions, and having a flow. Making engaging and meaningful Kahoots is the name of the game and think about their reason and purpose!

Mindfulness to me means being cognizant of your thinking - similar to metacognition, perhaps. I think it can also mean being aware of your surroundings and current state, or the situation you are in. Awareness might be a good synonym. #medialitmu

Everyone should be forced to play this game...so they can understand what happens the next time they go out to eat! #medialitmu
