An important tip for vibe coders: Claude isn’t perfect at framework decisions. It defaults to React + Next.js for everything because that’s what dominated its training data, and programming jobs. Whereas Svelte + Vite is lightspeed. Next.js localhost can be painfully slow, buggy, and eat up hours of debugging time just to run locally. Meanwhile Svelte with Vite literally spins up in milliseconds. For these less popular but better stacks, I recommend pairing Claude with Claude Skills to specialize it in your chosen framework, codebase, or integration. Skills bridge the training gap that Opus misses on niche tools, so you can actually run optimal stacks instead of whatever’s most popular.
