It’s been lovely to watch @G2esports in playoffs this split. Their approach to the game is a breath of fresh air. They’re willing to give up drakes and they know how to split push and find creative baron timings and setups on the map. Also respect @BrokenBlade for always pulling out new champs. In a world where K’sante udyr and Aatrox is picked 90% of the time he finds a way to innovate and it makes the games fun to watch. Looking forward to the LEC finals.

Mastering a champion in league of legends is just like learning a new song on an instrument. A champion has certain timings and rhythms to the way they play. The auto attack animation, the ability animations, the combos, and the spacing.
Going into practice tool and getting a feeling for these timings is key to mastering a champion. See how there is a rhythm to the auto attack of a champion, just like the tempo of the beat in a song. The note is the beat where the music is played, where you auto attack, and the space in between is where you move. So mastering a champions auto attack is hitting that beat perfectly while having no downtime on your movement.
That is why players who master their champions have a certain elegance in their play, because there is no wasted space and each movement is precise.

Faker on humility : “ I think modesty is the most important. With a humble attitude, you can listen to what other people say and learn more that way. A glass that is half full can only take in half the water compared to an empty glass.”
It’s beautiful that someone at the top of LoL shares that perspective. There is much more to see when we aren’t holding on tightly to our own perspective.

It's funny that at the highest level of competition, we can sometimes forget that playing video games are supposed to be fun.
If we're not enjoying ourselves, whats the point?
This enjoyment is what allowed me to grind League nonstop for years, and it has also been my biggest takeaway from coaching: finding that balance between enjoyment and improvement.

Started a new show in esports called Life and League! Premise is to be centered around those two topics, and be completely free in the structure and goal of each episode.
Couldn't have chose a better guest for the first episode @razlol. Full link in comments, here is a clip of how Raz fractured his wrist riding a bike.
