14 pounds of pure glory… THIS prime rib came out like something The Almighty carved with His own hand.
225° slow and low until it kissed 120° inside… four hours of anticipation building like a drumroll… forty minutes resting in its own triumph…
Then back into the fire at 400° until it hit a perfect 130°… and the finale… a rich cascade of butter drippings sealing it like a velvet crown.
The smell… rosemary deliciousness…
This isn’t dinner… this is seduction on a cutting board.
