I own 4 rental properties. If there's an issue with anything not working properly I have someone out to fix it the next day. As a owner it is your responsibility to make sure everything is up to code and working properly. In 10 years I've only had to evict one person because I do background checks and credit checks. Although a gut feeling will tell you a lot about a future tenant. Impartial in this case both parties are trash.

The biggest misconception of Christianity is that some how we think we're perfect or better than everyone else. Its the complete opposite. We recognize we're broken and sinful and only Jesus can save us from our sinful nature. Without Jesus we are nothing but with him we are guaranteed a spot it his glorious kingdom.
