Let’s be honest — Democrats have marched their party straight off a cliff with no parachute, no plan, and no path forward.   The proof is right in front of us. Senate Democrats won’t vote to reopen the government because their radical base will accuse them of “caving.” But if they keep it shut down, millions of Americans will keep suffering.   The question to Democrats is obvious: Who matters more, the angry America-hating radicals running your party, or the hardworking Americans you’re supposed to represent?

What the Democrats are doing on the government shutdown is genuinely unprecedented, and while the administration has shielded the American people from the worst of the consequences, all of this is coming, and soon: An aviation emergency that will lead to significant travel delays for all Americans. Food stamp and other assistance programs running out for needy Americans. Great strains on our military and national security. The shutdown has now passed from farce into tragedy, and the consequences of this national emergency fall on every senator and congressman who refuses to open the government.

There is a social media account that publicly posted an image of a Jewish student (under the age of 18) and posted an address of a Jewish school with the following caption: “One of the Zionists has been found. He goes to…(and then it proceeds to list the address of a Jewish school). The public targeting of individual Jewish students and individual Jewish institutions is an incitement to violence and should be met with a response from the NYPD. For public safety reasons, I will not share the social media posting, specify the social media account, or specify the address of the school. My team and I have flagged the posting for the proper authorities.
