Hopefully this change has a way to differentiate from "organic" negativity versus "forced" negativity. For example, posts regarding negative world events (crime, tragedies, failings of our government), should not be penalized, IMO. If an entire account is 100% dedicated to attacking other accounts - IE, engaging in constant toxic arguments or purposefully sending hate/attacks toward others day in and day out - maybe those accounts are who will be impacted most. Still, users should be able to criticize people and world events without any penalty - which is "negative." @ElonMusk said the specifics will be posted on @engineering. Hopefully we get a definition.
