EXCLUSIVE: CONFIRMED JAMES TALARICO STATE TREASURER VIOLATED TEXAS LAW I have confirmed that, through both a public information and open records request, that (A) Susan Gezana has been Talarico's state campaign treasurer since Oct 13, 2021, (B) she was an election judge on five different occasions while his campaign treasurer and his name was on the ballot, and (C) this violated Texas election law Sec. 32.055 that forbids a treasurer from serving as an election judge in an election when the candidate's name appears on the ballot. I have spoken with the Texas Attorney Generals office and they have requested all documents in order to be in communication with the Texas Sec. of State's office on the issue and I am awaiting that letter and response. I have left a voicemail message with the Travis County District Attorneys office as Ms. Susan Gezana is a resident of the county and the violations occurred in Travis Co.

Dear @SenAdamSchiff @SpeakerPelosi @SenRubenGallego - might want to bone up on the law: (18 U.S.C. § 2(a)) 4.1 Aiding and Abetting A defendant may be found guilty of [specify crime charged], even if the defendant personally did not commit the act or acts constituting the crime but aided and abetted in its commission.  To “aid and abet” means intentionally to help someone else commit a crime.  To prove a defendant guilty of [specify crime charged] by aiding and abetting, the government must prove each of the following beyond a reasonable doubt: •First, someone else committed [specify crime charged]; •Second, the defendant aided, counseled, commanded, induced, or procured that person with respect to at least one element of [specify crime charged]; •Third, the defendant acted with the intent to facilitate [specify crime charged]; and •Fourth, the defendant acted before the crime was completed.   It is not enough that the defendant merely associated with the person committing the crime, or unknowingly or unintentionally did things that were helpful to that person or was present at the scene of the crime.  The evidence must show beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant acted with the knowledge and intention of helping that person commit [specify crime charged].

NEW: The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department says the alleged rape of Lonna Drewes by Eric Swalwell took place in July 2018 in the 900 block of Hammond Street. This comes back to the Montrose Hotel. Campaign finance expert @rpyers has flagged a travel expense from Swalwell’s campaign at the time, with FEC records showing “Swalwell for Congress” spent $361 in travel expenses at the Montrose Hotel on July 18th, 2018.
