Today, @StateDept is designating ten entities to further the Trump Administration’s comprehensive push to end the Cuban regime’s malign activities, both in Cuba and across our hemisphere. These actions target interlocking pillars of that apparatus: state-owned entities that funnel revenue to the regime and paramilitary forces, armed civilian groups, and surveillance organizations that repress the Cuban people.

Housing affordability is one of the biggest challenges facing South Florida, and solving it means turning plans into real homes.
That’s exactly what we’re doing at the Flagler Affordable Senior Housing Project. In 2024, I secured $3.5 million to help make this project possible, and I recently went back to see the progress firsthand.
Soon, 60 Miami seniors will have a safe, modern, and affordable place to call home.
Bringing federal dollars home is only the beginning. I’m making sure those investments become real results for our community.

Few people in Washington fought longer or harder to fix our broken immigration system than Lindsey Graham.
From the 2013 immigration reform effort to DIGNITY, he was there.
He knew how hard this fight was. And he knew why it was worth continuing.
When we began building the Dignity Plan, Lindsey joined those early conversations.
He listened.
He shared what he'd learned.
And he pushed us to keep going, to find a real solution.
I will always be grateful for his counsel and the years he gave to this fight.
Rest in peace, Lindsey. You will be missed.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of Senator Lindsey Graham.
Lindsey was a true patriot and a devoted public servant who dedicated decades of his life to our country. His service and commitment to the American people leave a lasting mark on our nation.

Cuba is a failed state that survives by exploiting its own people.
Today, alongside @MarioDB, @RepCarlos, and Rep. Chris Smith, I urged @SecRubio and @SecScottBessent to sanction the Comercializadora de Servicios Médicos Cubanos (CSMC), the regime's state-run entity that profits from the exploitation of Cuban doctors and healthcare workers.
It's time to hold the regime and those responsible accountable.
