Mon rapport sur le programme européen #GlobalGateway vient d'être adopté à une large majorité en commission au Parlement européen. Pour la première fois, nous fixons une ligne politique claire sur le principal outil d’investissement extérieur de l’UE : 400 milliards pour défendre la démocratie, l’énergie bas carbone et le développement face aux puissances autoritaires. Prochaine étape en plénière à Strasbourg.
