@Needle_of_Arya I live in a very liberal city. In a lot of ways, I'm very thankful for it (we get 100% rating by a lot of LGBTQIA+ organizations for places to live if you are LGBTQIA+.) But the Berniers are annoying AF, and tend to be Gen X women and Gen Z white men. If LGBTQIA? Always white.

That phenomenon I've previously described occurring among Berner women, in which they will throw every other woman in the world under the bus for their guy Bernie, looks even worse if she's Gen X or a Boomer. ~Damn, woman, you're old enough to know better than this, wtf...

Rumor has it Justice Alito will retire at the end of this SCOTUS term (i.e., sometime this summer). So Trump will have appointed 4 of the 9 Justices. If you'd have elected Clinton in '16 and Harris in '24, by this fall there'd be 7 liberal Justices on the Court. Fuck you all.

during Ramadan my husband, who is Catholic, refused to eat during lunch so that he could sit in solidarity with his Muslim co-workers. despite their reassurances, he said he felt bad. So today, which is a holy day (Good Friday) for us Catholics, his Muslim friends fasted with him until noon and no one had meat. they all had vegan/vegetarian meals. my heart is so grateful for these signs of love ❤️

I know it's been 40 years and some of you were still sperm in your father, but all y'all screeching NO KIDS WATCHED THE CHALLENGER EXPLOSION are not only stupid, you're pig ignorant. 1) A teacher was on board as an astronaut 2) Lot of teachers wheeled TVs into their classrooms so that kids could watch a teacher fly into space. 3) Those kids saw the Challenger explode One of the worst videos I saw was of Christa McAuliffe's (the teacher in question) classroom -with a sub teacher- watching the video as the Challenger exploded.
