@RixxJavix @CCPGames The ~5 day hull timer is partially to give owner confidence that their stuff still there next week if they are away for a few days. For HQ, presumably owner (deccer) is active. So what if HQ only got ~1 day hull timer instead? (Disclaimer: This random idea not yet sanity-checked)

@CCP_Masterplan @CCPGames It's complicated, but currently with the timers extending beyond the war dec length, the war deccer can transfer war HQ to another Citadel, effectively sidestepping any aggression. War HQ timers need to be shorter, to avoid this issue
