I can vouch for this I’ve done it a lot of times. Get back from work slab the rock hard frozen steak in a preheated airfryer for 12 mins on the highest temp, let it rest for 4 mins (that’s the trick), THEN flip it and do another 12’, rest 10’ after Perfect medium-well everyone

@FPLProp Do you put it on baking paper?

You keep it resting INSIDE the airfryer closed for the 4-5 mins before flipping. Don’t take it out to rest then put it back in
