It's also true that some analysts/coaches aren't great at explaining why the things they say are good, are good. There's also a bunch of analysts who say things loudly and when asked the reasons behind it, they can't (or won't) explain them

Yea but some analysts are usually right and most pro teams don’t want to risk looking stupid by trying something new. So they pick the same cookie cutter comps and are surprised when they see the same results tournament after tournament.
