I am real big on sustainability in my cooking so I try to utilize all my leftovers - so I used my vegan curry from yesterday added some leftover pieces of steak and honestly it’s delicious

@MopUpReliever 1 orange, peeled and trimmed; 1 cup of rice vinegar, 1 cup of olive oil, a hint of ginger, tablespoon of Dijon: blended and adding more vinegar or oil as needed, strained through a cheese cloth when done!
