@growingmiami Thank you! That's what I feared and I'm glad someone told me. I'll reconfigure it next week with a new name and layout so it immediately brings you to the project list and the home page is a separate page you can click on for more information if a user wants

Ha fair. Yeah, after clicking on Floridian Advanced it looks like I need to sign up for something. Having to go back to the top menu a second time is a bit unusual. Floridian Advanced sounds paid or something you have to sign up for. I think many people from the home page would use it but don't really discover it. Although your analytics could probably tell you that. It would be interesting to do a test and see if more people use it with a different name.

🧵Floridian Advanced V3: Advanced Filtering Gone are the days of digging through endless pages just to find developments. 1 page consolidates everything, just use the sidebar to filter by neighborhood/city. You can also filter by unit count, project phase, usage, height, etc!

Awesome stuff, but I find it a little intuitive to navigate to from the homepage. I'd make All Cities the default for when you click on Floridian Advanced and I'd also make 'Floridian Advanced' more prominent or just call it like 'Search All Florida Projects' or something like that.

Surprise! Tomorrow I'm basically releasing a revamped Floridian Advanced page. You don't have to view each city manually, you can just sort on the side. Also you can filter by height, units, office (SF), and maybe hotel rooms if yall want. And yes the map is coming out (1/2)

For now, two cities are a WIP and will be updated over the coming months: Boca Raton and Coral Gables. Some developments need to be refreshed too. Also, a map is coming out to tie this all together. If you spot any bugs or want a feature added, please DM me or comment below.
