Serbia & China Military Intel: Dominion Voting Machine Access Exposed! Claims allege foreign (Serbian & Chinese) intelligence accessed code repositories, while a Dominion executive admits machine access “with permission”—contradicting earlier statements of zero access and raising serious questions about prior testimony and election security. The Obama administration used the Espionage Act of 1917 to prosecute government whistleblowers and leakers more aggressively than previous administrations, charging eight individuals under the act (compared to three in all prior U.S. history combined). This included cases like Chelsea Manning and Edward Snowden, which critics argued chilled free speech and journalism by deterring sources from speaking to reporters. In 2013, the Justice Department secretly obtained phone records from the Associated Press (AP) as part of a leak investigation, affecting over 100 journalists without prior notification. This was widely criticized by press freedom groups as an overreach that intimidated reporters and sources. The administration obtained a search warrant for the emails and phone records of Fox News reporter James Rosen in 2010, labeling him a "co-conspirator" in a leak case involving a State Department source. This move was condemned for treating journalism as criminal activity and undermining reporter-source confidentiality. n a separate incident, the Justice Department fought to compel New York Times reporter James Risen to testify about his confidential sources in a CIA leak case, leading to a prolonged legal battle that ended only after the administration backed down in 2015. Critics saw this as an attempt to erode press protections under the First Amendment. Beyond specific reporter cases, the administration's broader "Insider Threat" program encouraged federal employees to monitor colleagues for potential leaks, creating a culture of surveillance that advocates argued suppressed internal dissent and free expression within government. Through the Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights, the administration issued guidance in 2011 (the "Dear Colleague" letter) on Title IX that some critics claimed broadened definitions of harassment, leading to restrictions on speech at universities, including investigations into protected expression. While often praised by supporters, the FCC's 2015 net neutrality rules under Obama were criticized by opponents as government overreach that could potentially lead to content regulation, though direct free speech violations were more debated than proven. The IRS under Obama was found to have delayed tax-exempt status for conservative organizations based on their political views, which some argued infringed on free speech by discriminating against certain advocacy groups.

@_cingraham This is literally just journalists pretending to be oppressed. Meanwhile none of you will touch on the UK convicting 12,000 people in 2025 for speech offenses. More than the Soviet Union through the entire 1970s

@_cingraham The fact that you think you can push this on people who had every major social media platform censoring us under the Biden administration just shows of completely out of touch with reality you are. But cute chart.

This 18 year old man’s family breaks down when they hear the judge issue a 25 year sentence for armed robbery. Caden Fontenette and 2 other young men used firearms to rob the Bulldog Convenience store. Judge West said, “Things have just changed in such an incredibly dangerous way with young people doing what I just saw you do on that screen. I cannot imagine the fear that person had that was working in that store. Just trying to go to work, make a living and go home. He has three people come in and not just grab a little quick something and run out, but terrorize him for quite some time. Pulling him around, yanking him around, putting guns in his face. All three of you.” Judge Raquel West also pointed out that Fontenette has been involved in violent altercations since he has been in jail following his arrest. He will be eligible for parole after serving 50% of his sentence. Well before he turns 40.

🚨 Here is the full 40 minutes of my crew and I exposing California fraud, Minnesota was big but California is even bigger... We uncovered over $170,000,000 in fraud as these fraudsters live in luxury with no consequences. Like it and share it, the fraud must STOP. We ALL work way too hard and pay too much in taxes for this to be happening. These fraudsters have been able to defraud American taxpayers for years without any pushback from the public and politicians. It is time to EXPOSE IT ALL and end America's fraud crisis.

A gang tortured a 12 year old German Girl in Leipzig. They ambushed her on her way home from school beat her, strangled here, humiliated her and forced her to go on her knees while she was brutalized - filming everything. Afterwards they spread the video in the net to cause even more psychological damage. The police does nothing cause they are underage. The school is "Monitoring the situation" and will talk to their parents. While male migrant gangs tend to rape and murder, the so-called "girl gangs" torture German girls in an unimaginable way. The torture videos they produce are among the most terrible things I've ever seen. They and their families received nothing but benefits from the German people. It is frightening to see how these young migrants hate European people and especially young blonde girls so much.
