It is actually laughable that a random guy with a camera can track down $170M in government fraud faster than an entire state agency with a multi-billion dollar budget. We force legitimate businesses to bleed cash jumping through endless regulatory hoops, but the state apparently just leaves the back door wide open for scammers to buy BMWs. Honestly, does the government even have an actual audit department, or is the whole system just running on the honor code and vibes?
