@grundfos Yeah, would not trust @grudfos pump. After spending $3k on a pump, uninstall it 2 times to send back, it is now completely dead. Only worked 6 months of the whole time I had it. Unreliable products and customer support is unresponsive

@grundfos Professional installation of SQE well pump on 4-1-20. First pump died under WaterPro warranty at about 30 months. Warranty pump died at almost exactly the same time period. Guys, I can't be buying a new $3200 pump every 30 months.

@grundfos I asked for installation instructions. They replied that only document on pipe positioning exists. Quite weird because I've found an instruction manual pdf scanned on a reseller page.

@grundfos I have a Comfort 10-16 A PM BU/LC in my hot water system now with a Rheem 80 gal hybrid water heater. I need to see the manual. It does not seem to work in AUTO mode. The sensor won't stay on the tape. I am not sure where it attaches.

@grundfos We have a solar well for livestock watering. It has the 10 101 SQFlex 115V control box. We purchased a new Generac generator with GFCI outlets since the old generator went bad. It trips the GFCI immediately. I read one place that says they are not compatible. Is that true?

@grundfos Last contact wih Pompa Grundfos Medan was 1/08 where the dealer stated he had been in contact with Grundfos & they would replace the pump, but we had to return the purchase receipt & that there would be no further guarantee, we disputed this & have not had contact since.

@grundfos I reported an issue with my 6 month old Scala 2 on the 20/06 on the Grundfos web email & received a reply on the 21/06 stating someone from the team would contact me soon. To date no contact & same problem. Is this the type of service to be expected from Grundfos

@Magga05 you sure can! Find the nameplate on your pump. It's usually on the side or bottom of the unit. Identify the date code: It will be a series of numbers. The first two digits represent the year of production. The next two digits represent the week of production. Many thanks, Maria
