@prasanna___505 @grundfos @jagograhakjago Believe it or not, the same blame is used in Saudi Arabia. Many complaints were delivered to them and no actions taken. Simply, I think they are not living to their promises.

Your company wants to sell only; and once your product broke, your local team will blame the customer so they runaway from their responsibility. I and many people faced problems with your products and instead of fixing, they blame us customers.

@RajKumart4 @grundfos I had the same problem with my water pump and their response was the same, is that a coincidence or same excuse given to all customers. That is really a big problem the customer service team in this company everywhere. It is time to take customers complaints seriously.

@grundfos Team, you need to strongly work design fault in Scala2 which was sold to me as state of art technology, One pump in my house failed in 8 months and they claim some mud went inside and asking 30K to rectify a 50k Pump, its nothing but use and throw pump.

@nwc_media السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته من سكان حي الزهراء بالقطيف ومشكلة الماء الغير صالح للاستخدام منذو اكثر من شهرين ولم تُحل وللمعلومية فإن نسبة الملوحة هي اكثر من 5000 وارسلت رسالة إلى الشركة من حوالي أسبوعين ولم يرد احد على رسالتي.

@MojKsa رفعت قضية ورجعت لي بتعديل بعض الفقرات في الشكوى لكني لاحظت أن كل الشكوى عدى المدعي والمدعى عليه غير موجودة وكلما ضغطت على حفظ ومتابعة يرجعني الى فقرات كتبتها من قبل واصبحت غير موجودة، فما العمل؟
