Like ya'll, his "billions dead" shit would fit super well on RE5 or CV or yelling it at Leon, but he has little reason to reveal that to Ada especially when it will sabotage his mission. He is definitely capable of restraint lol he had to be to pull off the RE1 manipulations.

Worst part of RE4R is Wesker. His design is okay, his voice actor is meh, but his writing is significantly worse despite being in such a small part. Openly telling your hired merc that you intend to wipe out BILLIONS when she still has the Amber you need is mega goofy.
