@GoodwinMJ A question for you. Do you accept that Doge has failed? It turns out that very little was saved by cutting DEI. As far as council tax bills are concerned, it only makes a small difference who is in power. Meanwhile US debt is building upwards...

Wes Streeting says the idea of Reform winning the local elections "sends a shiver down my spine" and poses "an existential threat". Do you know what sends a shiver down many spines, what poses an "existential threat” to Britain? More mass uncontrolled immigration. More small boats. More broken borders. More two-tier politics. More unchecked Islamism. More rampant demographic change. More crackdowns on free speech. More soaring energy bills. More taxes. More small businesses getting absolutely blown apart. And more of this utterly useless Labour government, which has completely lost touch with the hardworking British people. The only way to send a message and set a foundation for the people to save this country at the next general election is by doing precisely what Wes Streeting does not want you to do. Vote Reform on May 7th 👍

Israel is our ally. They always have been. I believe Israel is our closest ally on the planet. Here’s the thing: You can & should always criticize an ally when deserved. And criticizing Israel is not antisemitism. But my new political party is moving beyond simple criticism. Too many Democrats are openly hostile to Israel, too many are questioning Israel’s very existence, too many view Israel - and not the Islamists - as the bad guy in the region. Too many Dems no longer view Israel as our ally. And way too many on the left are now openly antisemitic. If my new political party continues down this road it would be a horrible thing for peace in this world, and politically, it would rightly destroy the Democratic Party.

@drdavidbull It should all be democratically elected. Voters decide whether someone has failed or succeeded.

@ABlinken @realDonaldTrump We now know that the JCPOA was a considerable improvement on the alternative. It was madness for Trump to scrap it.

@TimSimonH @AaronBastani One thing in the Green's favour is that they have a bigger ground game now. It could be a problem if they get similar splits as Your Party have been having. I am not seeing any sign of that yet but I would not be surprised. The left always seem to find a way of hating each other.

@Champchatpod24 No. There will always be that game where Norwich dominate, hit the woodwork 3 times, and then in the final minute a Norwich defender clears the ball, except it hits the opponent's backside and loops over the goalkeeper into the net and Norwich lose.

Since appointing Philippe Clement on November 18, Norwich City have won 45 points from 24 matches! 🔥 Nine points behind sixth-placed Southampton with seven games to go, a top six finish is still achievable. 👀 Do you think you still have a chance, Canaries fans? 🤔 #NCFC

@TheNorfolkLion Trump has engaged in an insane war that is wrecking the global economy. And now he expects us to join in. There comes a point where we have to say no (and that is the polite version).

TRUMP: “I DON’T KNOW IF WE’LL BE THERE FOR THE UK ANYMORE” Donald Trump just questioned whether the US will still be there for the UK in the future: "We're always going to be there. Well, at least we were. I don't know about anymore, to be honest with you." Keir Starmer has destroyed the special relationship that Britain and America have shared for decades.

@TimSimonH @AaronBastani Labour votes switching to the Greens may help Reform win with the progressive vote more divided. At the same time the regressive vote may switch more to Reform from the Tories making their vote less divided.

@Geoff_Hackney @AaronBastani Yes I get all that, but polls also show that Labour has lost more votes to the left/greens than it has to Reform. I can see the Conservative loses going to Reform, and some of the the Labour loses, but for that prediction to make sense over 1000 Labour seats are going to Reform.🤔

@TimSimonH @AaronBastani The Greens will do well where there is a large student population and where there is a large Muslim population. They will do well in urban areas and university towns. Elsewhere the voting system is likely to work against them. They are still 10% behind Reform in the opinion polls

@AaronBastani A lot of that is to do with first past the post voting system. However I suspect Reform voters are also more motivated to vote.

@CharlotteCGill Presumably right wing think tanks such as the IEA and ASI also get large foreign donations? I agree, the government should cap that as well, although I am not sure the Tories would want that either.

I haven’t read the government’s foreign interference report yet. But how does it make sense that funding from Brits abroad should be capped at £300k… meanwhile George Soros has given millions to left-wing activist groups like Best for Britain? The left gets huge foreign funds!

@tylerbowyer All the Democrat candidates on less than 5% need to appreciate that they can't win and they should drop out. The 12% of their vote will then go to the other Democrat candidates and a Democrat will finish in the top 2 and then go into win. That is how it should work.

If this happens, Republicans need to Capitalize on Democrat hysteria to get rid of the California Jungle Primary once and for all. Do not believe this is replicable, Democrats will never give you this mistake again if it happens

GOP Rep. Mary Franson says she's not worried about climate change because it's not in the Bible: "If you've read the Good Book, you know how it ends, and it's not with climate change." How can we expect Republicans to do serious work when they're so proud about ignoring science?

@ImtiazMadmood They were teamed up when they were first elected. It is obvious that Rupert Lowe is not a team player and he can't do anything unless he is in charge. I suspect nothing will come of this.

Rumours are growing that Rupert Lowe and Nigel Farage could be preparing to join forces. If true, this would mark one of the most significant political shifts in recent years. A united front, a stronger voice.
