A long time ago I learned simple but important lesson and that is “Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups” and I’m telling you right now that too damn many of you out there assume shit you have absolutely no clue about … YES .. I love lifting and throwing heavy shit and YES .. it has made a huge difference in my life and in my performance in the sports that have chosen me (noticed what I said there?!) Do not look at me and assume that you know anything that I can or can’t do. ALSO do NOT assume that I train all of my athletes the same way that I train … Hell I don’t even train athletes that play the same damn sport or the same position the exact same way!!
