26 U.S.C. § 5001 imposes a tax on alcohol. 26 U.S.C. § 5005 creates the liability to pay the alcohol tax. 26 U.S.C. § 5701 imposes a tobacco tax. 26 U.S.C. § 5703 creates the liability to pay the tobacco tax. 26 U.S.C. § 4401 imposes a tax on wagering. Section 4401(c) creates a liability to pay the wagering tax. 26 U.S.C. § 1 imposes an income tax. However, there is no section that creates a liability to pay the income tax. That is not an accident. It's because the payment of the income tax is legally voluntary. The payment of those other taxes is mandatory. If anyone can find a section of the IRC that specifically creates a liability to pay the income tax, in the same way that the IRC establishes a liability to pay the alcohol, tobacco, or wagering taxes, please reply to this post with the citation.

Holy shit… 🚨 Outrage in Virginia as Governor Abigail Spanberger signs HB 965 into law, joining the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact. The measure would award the state's 13 electoral votes to the winner of the national popular vote—regardless of how Virginians actually vote in a presidential election. Translation… Even if Virginians voted Republican by a landslide.. the electoral vote of Virginia goes to Democrats. This is LITERALLY why the electoral college exists. The compact goes into effect when states cumulatively possessing a majority of the electoral votes have joined the compact. As of 4/14/26, the compact has 222 electoral votes, requiring 48 more to become effective. The only way democrats can win is to CHEAT.

It took me a few hours yesterday, but I got access to the case files for Olaolukitan Adon Abel previous se*ual battery case from Savannah GA that caused him to be BANISHED from the ENTIRE CITY. Foster, got all 4 se*ual battery counts handled under Georgia's First Offender Act >Meaning if he completed probation, the whole thing would essentially disappear from his record. >The judge sentenced him to 48 months, then suspended most of it. >He actually served 120 days in prison TOTAL >Thirty days per victim >He paid $0 in fines >Zero in restitution to any of the 4 women >The court did order a psychose*ual evaluation and required he follow whatever treatment came from it >They mandated mental health counseling >They banned him from the entire city of Savannah for four years >They explicitly prohibited him from possessing any firearm >He signed the probation agreement on June 7, 2025 >7 months later, he got a gun and m*rdered 2 women, including Lauren Bullis You are not angry enough.

Many weeks, the total is actually closer to $87 million and we’ve sent the Taliban over $4 billion in the last 4 years, it’s insanity we fund the enemy. Now, two steps actually need to be taken here. First, @realDonaldTrump could easily eliminate the $47 million portion by simply ending the Doha Deal, which is the counterterrorism funding sent to the Taliban to fake “fight” the Islamic State. ISKP has more than doubled in size in just the last year. Then the Senate needs to do its job and pass H.R. 260 / Senate companion S.226 to end the additional $40 million per week in humanitarian funds. We still will have to hold State Department’s feet to the fire after it’s passed, but it’s at least a step in the right direction. And those aren’t even the only streams of U.S. taxpayer dollars reaching the Taliban, they’re just the two largest and most immediate ones we can impact. If Americans push those in power to act, we can stop funding a huge piece of international terrorism. Remember a huge chunk of this money gets diverted to both Al-Qaeda and ISKP (I know, the irony) and we also pay a martyrs fund with these funds which goes to the families of Taliban members who died while attacking U.S. troops. It’s shameful!

Eric Swalwell is now facing an expulsion vote in the House because of the sexual misconduct accusations against him. There have been 268 settlements for workplace disputes, including for sexual misconduct, totaling $17 million in taxpayer money. In March 2026, the House voted to cover up the names of members paying to settle sexual misconduct claims. Why are the names of those members being covered up?

Speaking for myself (and probably millions of other Americans), I want all these member names uncovered immediately and I want all the Epstein files released. This information is “The People’s” information and it belongs on the public record in order for us to make better and more informed decisions as to those who are suppose to represent us in this constitutional republic.
