Whoโ€™s building a system where people can lend or sell their unused Claude usage limits to others who hit their cap? Thereโ€™s a real market opportunity here. A huge number of users on the $20 Claude plan barely touch their daily limits, while power users run into rate limits constantly. That creates wasted capacity on one side and unmet demand on the other. The idea would be a marketplace that matches the two: Light users monetize unused daily token capacity Heavy users get temporary access when they run out The platform takes a percentage of each transaction Itโ€™s basically an โ€œAirbnb for unused AI capacity.โ€ And if this existed as a simple Chrome extension with an on/off toggle, it could be incredibly powerful. Youโ€™d just enable sharing when youโ€™re not using Claude, and disable it anytime you want. In the background, the extension could securely route unused capacity into the marketplace automatically, making the entire process frictionless. If executed properly, this could become: A peer-to-peer AI usage exchange A token/credit marketplace across LLM platforms A passive income tool for casual AI users A way to smooth out demand spikes without requiring everyone to buy expensive enterprise plans The biggest challenges are probably: Terms-of-service and account sharing restrictions Preventing abuse/spam Secure API proxying and authentication Fraud/risk management Dynamic pricing based on demand But the supply and demand imbalance already exists. Millions of unused AI tokens are likely expiring every day while other users are desperate for more access. It feels inevitable that someone eventually builds a secondary market around unused AI compute quotas.

A 22-year-old automated his entire YouTube channel using Claude. $8,000 a month. He doesn't even touch the videos. No camera. No editing. No burnout. Just Claude. He opens it once and tells it what to do. Claude handles everything: > finds trending topics in his niche > writes titles and descriptions built for the algorithm > generates full video scripts > creates tags, timestamps, promotional posts One prompt. One channel. One person. $8,000 a month running on autopilot. The channel works while he sleeps. While he eats. While he lives his life. Most people still think YouTube means filming, editing, grinding for years before seeing a dollar. He just taught an AI to do it for him. And while you're reading this โ€” his channel is already getting views. The craziest part? He's not a developer. Not a tech guy. Not some Silicon Valley genius. He's just someone who stopped overcomplicating it. The tools exist. The opportunity is wide open. The only question is why it's still not you.
