a lot of traders (including me) will spend too much time and energy trying to "lock in", "find their edge", etc when it all comes down to controlling ur emotions you can be onchain 16h everyday, have all the best tools, be in the best chats, but none of that matters if you have issues with emotions if you focus on controlling your emotions, staying composed and being rational the rest will inevitably follow
