Reading the social dynamics, it seems the guy in the white is more front stage and not accommodating MBSG (middle black shirt guy) within the group conversation. MBSG is leaned back and has assumed his position, perhaps because he's more agreeable, and as such seems a bit uncomfortable. Perhaps too, the conversation type is not his thing. From only this clip I’d have to assume it’s very money orientated and “showy,” whoever flexes the most and speaks the loudest “wins” the local social hierarchy. You can see him try and engage back into the group by placing his phone, trying to assert his position again and perhaps show a body language move to let the white guy fall back a bit. He seems more comfortable with the guy on the very left hence his immediate engagement when he starts speaking. He is also at the back, shouldered by the guy in the white which instantly makes him feel psychologically lesser or not apart of the conversation, hence his body language such as rubbing his forehead/eye brows, showing discontent for his physical position. That’s how I see it anyways. The situation could be completely different and we only have a short clip to go off. But psychologically speaking, that’s what’s “wrong” with the guy in the middle.
