I remember the excitement of sneaking an inscription for The Pandemonium in at #9991, which has become the ancestor for the project’s entire onchain family tree. It was inscribed on the 7th Feb 2023 and part of the annals of BTC ordinals history. It will never be traded and thus out of “sub 10k” circulation. I do think it’s pertinent to point out that “early” doesn’t necessarily equal “value/important,” and that value can be perceived in different ways by different collectors. So, the ordinals community needs to be more welcoming, supportive and inclusive of new entrants. It is not “too late,” nor is “ordinals dead,” and it doesn’t even need to be said that incredible 1/1’s and collections are yet to go onchain. Art on BTC. 🧡

We just inscribed the OP_BIRD Derivatives provenance gallery using an Onchain OrdiGallery featuring each OP_BIRD as the inscription. This provenance gallery is housed with a virtual art gallery which is entirely onchain on BTC, navigable on mobile or desktop. 🖤🦜🧵

Happy Valentine’s Day to The Pandemonium, and a very special third anniversary to our Phoenix Parrots. 64x Pixel Parrots (#9991 - #127516), which were reincarnated as Phoenix Parrots after being burnt on Stacks. These were inscribed onto Bitcoin at no additional cost by the community, showcasing their fiery rebirth onto the mother-chain. We recently inscribed a gallery for their provenance (thank you @lifofifo for the tooling) as they significantly predated parent-child as a great-grandchild of the OG #9991.
