Theres no better time than now to own land. Land is versatile other assets arent. Gold is only a store of value. Land is multidimensional and has many use cases.

Better example considering it includes myself. Farmland price value over the years in Iowa. Now understand data center, power/energy generation, chip manufacturing infrastructure giving land another and even bigger use case. National average is $245,000 per acre for data center infrastructure

When they say “be your own bank” it is usually referred to crypto but the true meaning of being your own bank is owning land and making money off your land assets. Thats what a true “bank” should be.

What do you think is going to happen to the market the rest of the year? Up or down? We have midterms coming up and a new Fed chairman. A lot of uncertainty in my opinion. Could see the market pull back because of this. However, we have the Trump administration talking about hyper growth and trying to out grow our debt. Warsh talking about cutting rates and that AI is deflationary. Interesting time we are living in.

Your goal should be creating cash flowing assets. You need the cash flow to escape your 9-5 and to fund your investments. Most folks are stuck working the rest of their lives and wonder what they could have done different. Dont be that person. Right now is the most important time to take action. Take a risk to set yourself apart from others. Focus on building the first cash flowing business and work on the next after you finish the first.

I think the REAL bottleneck is Land. Data centers/ai infrastructure, chip manufacturing, power generation, energy/gas all require significant amount of land. Theres a reason Kevin O Leary is building a 40,000 acre data center site instead of a little 200-300 acre site. More power. More GW. More efficiency. More money. Texas is at the heart of the 4th industrial revolution. $LB $EROK $TPL

@310Value Interesting take….That could be the case….they used the IPO to pay off debt but could see them using the rest to buy more land. Like you said, pore space or use the land for infrastructure. Wouldnt be surprised to see a land acquisition pr here the next few months

$LB my favorite given they own the land and data center campus developer Powerbridge, $TPL working with Eric Schmidt company bolt to develop power infrastructure on their land whats it store for $EROK ? Also in the permian basin but has more land in New Mexico. My guess they will follow a similar path as LB and TPL but with a little twist.
