This change improves ICON's network security where validators are held accountable. Also, minimum wage incentivizes more validators to join while retaining existing validators.
For Stakers, they now need to delegate/vote towards performing validators. Others will benefits with higher rewards at the expense of those who delegate/vote towards non-performing validators. NO MORE FREEBIES.
ICON Foundation INTENTIONALLY has the HIGHEST commission % so that Stakers vote for and earn more w/ other validators. We highly encourage stakers to spread out delegation/votes.
