@mathiasverraes @apostolis09 @martinfowler @TeamTopologies Yep, and that is partly by design. The TT patterns are primarily for fast flow. Orgs also need CoPs, lunchtime talks, internal tech conferences, and other networks for diffuse knowledge sharing. TT is not a "complete" solution and was never designed as one. 👍

💯 Internal Conferences are accelerators of information flow in the orgs: they open doors for people to learn new things and "connect dots" (find other people, ideas, projects, etc.) that are difficult to discover, especially in organizations with many teams/people.
