@Internode Listen up my service sucks. Constant drop outs. I have FTTN service and cannot receive FTTH even though I have a stand alone house on my plot of land. Internode (IINET) has deteriorated into a second class internet service. I would not recommend this service

@Internode i recently moved house and changed my address on internode, but think i need a different modem to set up - we moved from a nbn fttn to a nbn fttc household. would this need a need a new modem, or a new cord to fit into the wan port?

@carolocarroll If you're not online, then the landline phone won't be able to make or receive calls as it relies on the internet connection to do that. Our tech support team will be able to help get this sorted out and you back online once they answer your call.

@Internode Your service is becoming less reliable. My banking details need to be upgraded. Can't log in to myinternode and am getting a 403 error notification. Year just log in and everything can be fixed. yeah nah. I am still waiting on the phone; someone pick up my call!!!!!
