I got a dm about this dude and his behavior. And apparently he has been doing this for years and many people have been saying the same thing about him. If all the accusations are true, It shows how much of a piece of s**t people can be.

The new godot UI theme has been merged and is on its way to be the new default! I consider godot to be one of the most important software projects of our time and it's a huge privilege to be able to contribute to it. Happy to see it grow ❤️

I might give myself another week on this project. The game jam closing day is tomorrow and there's no gameplay. I have the mechanics mostly done though and want to do something with it.

This was supposed to be a jam game but i ended up spending like 5 hours making this little contraption. I had midterms this week so we'll see if this actually gets finished 🙃

@JonasTyroller I always felt that spending 2 years on development is pushing it if you're an indie dev with little to no platform. More time than that and what you make might not feel worth the time you spent on it, especially if the risk you took tanks.

What's your controversial take on how to make successful indie games? Anyone is qualified to answer.

Godot 4.5 FINALLY auto fills functions from child scripts. So nice to have my recent random annoyances be fixed unexpectedly lol

@LowLevelTweets A friend of mine was trying Linux for the first time and we spent like 2 hours figuring out why his wifi devices weren't being seen. I was stressing cause I keep saying Linux is easier than you think. We power cycled his computer once and everything popped up fine 🙃

i just sat down at my computer, the monitor was at the BIOS with no boot drives detected soft restart the BIOS, still no boot drives hard power cycle, it magically comes back up and boots into windows 11 modern computing is such a racket man wtf happened
