Memorial Day isn’t about cookouts or beach days. It’s about the Americans who made the ultimate sacrifice so the rest of us could live free. THIS 60-SECOND VIDEO REMINDS US WHAT THE DAY IS REALLY ABOUT. 🇺🇸

@tommyreamon It’s all about my stats, especially at big AAU events. Too many players take bad shots when college coaches want to see a well rounded game. Show off your awareness, court vision, IQ, spacing, and entry passes. Coaches aren’t tracking points at your Live events.

Joe Montana wasn’t supposed to make it. In 1975, he was last on the depth chart at Notre Dame - even behind two walk-ons. • 7th string as a freshman. • Struggled to see the field. • Missed 1976 with a separated shoulder. • Started 1977 as 3rd string. • Led 3 legendary comeback wins in 1977. • Finished with a national championship in 1977. Montana said, “So much credence was put on how you practice. And how you practice is how you play.” He studied relentlessly, learned every protection, and stayed ready for his moment. When it came - he delivered. “Don’t complain about not getting a chance and then be unprepared when you finally do.” – Joe Montana

“I just want to play.” If you’re a 2026 who still wants to play college ball but hasn’t found the right opportunity yet, Belmont Abbey’s non-scholarship team could be a great fit. Faith. Academics. Competitive basketball. Real community. DM me or reply. #WBB #ClassOf2026 #PTnow

Curt Cignetti shares a universal truth about habits and consequences. "In life - you got freedom of choice, but not freedom of consequence." "First you form your habits, then your habits form you." Every choice and action you take compounds. The small decisions you make daily - preparation, work ethic, and how you respond - those become your habits. And over time, those habits become your identity. You're free to choose. But the consequences of those choices aren't optional. Your habits are shaping who you become. (🎥IU Athletics )

The older I get, the more I believe leadership is mostly emotional consistency. Not charisma. Not intensity. Not speeches. Consistency. People don’t need perfect leaders. They need stable ones. Especially during: uncertainty pressure change failure chaos One lesson I learned leading teams: your emotional state spreads faster than your strategy. That means: panic spreads calm spreads cynicism spreads belief spreads The best leaders regulate themselves first. Then help regulate the room. That skill is becoming incredibly rare. And incredibly valuable. Who modeled emotional consistency well for you?

One of the biggest questions families should ask during recruiting: “Which college level actually fits my athlete’s numbers?” And honestly… this matters WAY more than chasing a certain division name or school logo. A lot goes into figuring that out: • GPA • Athletic metrics • Skill level • Position • Speed/power • Competition level • Game performance • Coachability & work ethic Here’s the reality: Not every athlete fits every level — and that’s completely okay. The goal isn’t to force a fit somewhere. The goal is to find the place where your athlete can develop, compete, and truly be wanted. There are amazing opportunities at every level: 🥎 D1 🥎 D2 🥎 D3 🥎 NAIA 🥎 JUCO Sometimes the “right fit” ends up being different than what families originally pictured — and that’s normal. Recruiting gets a lot less stressful when you stop focusing so much on the label… and start focusing on where your athlete realistically fits and can succeed long term.
