An unfortunate problem with the MIAA opt out option in the football playoffs is that when you have an odd amount of teams left, someone is left without a game. This morning at the matchup meeting, that one school, selected from a random draw, is Marshfield. They have no game this week unless 1) one of the teams that opted out agrees to play 2) a team from Rhode Island or NH agrees to play or 3) an ISL school agrees to play. The South Shore Chamber of Commerce visited the @AtlanticRII for their Economic Development Day yesterday.  ARII co-founders, @JeremyDevaney & @BraitLara were joined by Chamber Director, @TimCahillQuincy as they discussed “Coastal Economic Development & the Blue Economy.”

Buddy just told me a story about his friend who got divorced and was bought out via refinance. Couple had a sub-3% mortgage rate and wife wound up w/ a high-6% rate after the fact. Now wife can't afford to keep the property and is selling. Not sure what the takeaway is here.
