@daubachsgirl23 Wire cars go out on the Blue and Green Lines on a regular basis to inspect the overhead catenary for any damage. The wires can be impacted by many factors and changes in temperatures as well, and adjustments are sometimes necessary in hot or cold weather.

@MBTA Okay @MBTA but how is a downed overhead wire even an issue when they are inspected every afternoon, causing 15 minute delays every afternoon? How is this not resolved in 2 hours? It has taken an hour to get from maverick to orient heights. Absolute torture.

@MBTA @MBTA the shuttle buses are horrendous and maverick was chaos. It has taken nearly 45 minutes to get from maverick to airport. This is not adequate service. How is there a downed overhead wire on the train when there are 15 minute delays every afternoon to inspect these wires?
