Iran was the schoolyard bully that no matter how much lunch money it took, it always pushed the issue. President Trump tried talking to them. He tried sanctions. He tried bankrupting them. That's because they're not really ally's for decades now. Just look how Britain, France, Germany, Belgium, Italy and Spain reacted to the US using its own bases on their territory and assisting in keeping open the Strait. We no longer have common ground...it's truly Yankee Go Home...and we should have no problem doing just that.
