Suggested viewing, especially for the Christian "right". How do you measure up on your knowledge of history, theology, and political ideologies like democracy, socialism, communism, fascism, bolshevism? Larry C. Johnson (former CIA) and Apti Alaudinov discuss. You may not like some of what you learned, but if it doesn't make you rethink much of our early education, I'd be very surprised. youtu.be/Y852Z79Z1Z0

Our politicians messed up a lot of families for some stupid wars for resources in the guise of "democracy". I wish there was a way to make it stop. The first thing I would try is to send all 535 members of Congress and their staff to the local enlistment office - regardless of age - and put them "in country" if they vote for intervention in said country - send the Pentagon generals, too. If we could go back in time to Vietnam - offload them on the "Rockpile" during the rainy season. Any politician or Pentagon profits from investments in "defense" stocks should be confiscated and given to service members and their families. It hasn't stopped - look up Pentagon Memo - Seven Countries in Five Years (for Israel).

@nxt888 @maxindixie I was just 10yo when my father went to Vietnam in 1965, my strong memories of our home life before he went are so contrastingly different to what life was like after he returned 1966, a mentally broken man. My respect for the Vietnamese people is very deep and sincere.

Here is something American culture cannot process and has spent fifty years refusing to process: Vietnam did not win because of luck. Vietnam did not win because America made mistakes. Vietnam did not win because of Soviet weapons or Chinese support. Vietnam won because Vietnamese people were better at this war than Americans were. Better strategists. Better at understanding the terrain. Better at sustaining morale across decades of unimaginable suffering. Better at building an underground economy of resistance that no bombing campaign could touch. Better at turning every American escalation into a recruitment tool. Better at knowing what they were fighting for and why it was worth dying for. General Võ Nguyên Giáp, who defeated both the French and the Americans, was a history teacher before he was a general. He had no formal military training. He studied the Vietnamese landscape, the Vietnamese people, the psychology of colonial occupiers, and he designed a strategy around all of those things. He understood something American generals, with all their training, all their technology, all their experience, did not understand: This war would be won by whoever could outlast the other side's will to continue. Not firepower. Will. And he was right. He was right about the French. He was right about the Americans. The most powerful military on earth was out-thought by a history teacher from a colonized country. That is not an accident of history. That is not a mistake or a miscalculation. That is what happens when you underestimate people. When you look at a rice farmer and see someone beneath you. When your own arrogance becomes your greatest strategic liability. America's arrogance cost it Vietnam. That arrogance has never been honestly examined. It has never been corrected. Which is why the same pattern keeps repeating in different countries with different names.

Now that we know that Israeli missiles can reach Diego Garcia and the UK and they have nuclear warheads isn't it time we viewed them as a threat rather than Iran?

Propaganda doesn't help. Drunk woman tries to force everyone to speak ukrainian in Odessa Opera. But: Odessa was founded by the Russian Empire in 1794. Odessa Opera was built by the Russian Empire in 1887. The entire cast on stage and the audience all speak Russian. Meanwhile, she speaks ukrainian with mistakes. This is something the West will never tell you - nobody in Ukraine knows Ukrainian. Even Zelensky speaks Ukrainian with mistakes.

The CIA interference began in 1947, running a nine-year insurgency war against the Soviets. The latest steps (US bioweapons labs, color revolution, Maidan Coup) were orchestrated by bolsheviks that began their careers in the Clinton Administration, came back during the Obama administration, and were in charge during the Biden administration. For some reason, they can't seem to assimilate anywhere. Instead, they bring their century-old grievances and expect the rest of us to settle a score for them. It is not unique in the US. The same pattern is seen in other countries.

@AlexBarnicoat_ Looking back in history, it seems London/Bank of England are connected to most conflicts in the world - for plunder, resources and collateral.

Iran can bomb London. Is this what it will take for Keir Starmer to wake up? A Missile attack on a UK Base? Keir Starmer needs to quickly realise that helping the Americans only threatens everyday British People. British People will die if Starmer follows the path he's on.

@tgnlnv @nxt888 I agree. Britain created all those little kingdoms and appointed the kings. Then just keep them fighting each other.

@tgnlnv @nxt888 Look up Al Wilson and ~The Snake~. That is basically the UK/Bank of England. The Liddle Kingdom only survives on plunder, collateral, division and appointing controllable heads of new countries. youtube.com/shorts/vA9TjTz…

youtu.be/RI64lEJtuxs Weekly Reminder: Bill Browder/Magnitsky grok explains Bill Browder business in Russia. The allegation centers on Hermitage Capital Management's use of shell companies registered in the Republic of Kalmykia (a Russian region that functioned as an internal "tax haven" at the time, offering incentives to attract investment). Russian law provided tax breaks—such as reducing the federal profits tax rate from around 35% to 5.5% or providing other reductions—if a company employed a significant percentage (at least 50%) of disabled workers (often including Afghan war veterans with disabilities) as part of social rehabilitation programs. According to Russian investigations, court rulings, and witness testimonies presented in cases against Browder and Magnitsky (in absentia and posthumously): Hermitage set up subsidiaries like Dalnaya Steppe and Saturn Investments (among others) in Kalmykia. These companies declared on tax returns that a majority of their "employees" were disabled individuals, qualifying for the breaks. Prosecutors and courts claimed these "employees" were largely fictitious or nominal: listed on paper to meet the quota but not actually performing work for the companies (which were investment/holding entities with minimal staff needs). Witnesses (some of the named disabled individuals) testified in 2013 hearings that they never worked for Hermitage, had no knowledge of the firm until later, received no payments from it, or were manual laborers elsewhere—not financial analysts or similar roles assigned on paper. Russian courts (e.g., Arbitration Court of Kalmykia in 2003) ruled against at least one subsidiary (Saturn Investments), finding the setup was designed solely to obtain the tax relief. The judge noted the workers' qualifications didn't match claimed roles (e.g., unskilled laborers or a machine engineer listed as "analysts"), and they were "only used... to get the income tax relief." This led to demands for back taxes, penalties, and interest (e.g., millions of rubles in one case). Browder was convicted in absentia in 2013 of tax evasion related to these schemes (along with other charges), with sentences including prison time and fines.

Churchill proposing to re-arm Nazis against the Soviets six weeks after VE Day is one of the most insane documented moments of the 20th century that nobody talks about. The Soviets lost 27 million people defeating fascism. Then their "allies" immediately started planning round two using the same fascists. And people wonder why Russia has trust issues.

The British MoD confirmed it wasn’t Iran who struck the RAF base in Cyprus. We also know Iran has taken responsibility for every strike it’s conducted this war. Now all of a sudden the highly emotive Chagos Islands are targeted and Israel is saying London could be next. An Israeli false flag is incoming. By the way I can’t believe Israel is literally dusting off the Iraq War WMD in 45 minutes claim from 2003. They have so much contempt for us that they don’t even bother coming up with new lies.

This is the part most people skip. By 1965 when the "war" started officially, the CIA had already been running operations in Vietnam for nearly 20 years. The war didn't create the chaos. The chaos was manufactured first, then the war was sold as the solution to it. Ukraine 1947 is not a conspiracy theory. It's declassified history. Operation Aerodynamic. Look it up. The playbook doesn't change. Only the country name does.

Absolutely right. There is also a theory that JFK wanted to get troops out of Vietnam and was not in favor of Israel having nukes. BTW, Churchill was a psychopath. He wanted to join Allied forces with remaining nazis and attack the Soviets who had basically won the war in Europe while the "allies" were saving African colonies for Euro colonial countries. Operation Unthinkable was nixed by FDR and then he died. . . some think by British poisoning. Nevertheless, the plan didn't get off the ground.
