It’s insane that “hacker hunters” have harassed good people for YEARS, gotten away with it, and built a massive audience in the meantime. They’re cheaters, with zero understanding of the game, that use big names to draw attention, manipulate the public, and make hundreds of thousands of dollars off their viewers. If you’re watching Call of Shame, BadBoyBeaman, GrandpaHacks, or anyone similar, you’re supporting the very thing we all hate: CHEATING. You didn’t all of a sudden wake up and see the truth. No, the majority of streamers aren’t cheating. You are simply looking for a reason they’re as good as they are, when you can’t drop more than 6 eliminations in a match. It’s okay to be bad, and it’s okay to be confused why streamers are good. But if you really care about what’s right and wrong, focus on making yourself better, and stop harassing people that have never done anything to you. I’ve said this for years, but I’ll say it one more time because you need to hear it: It’s okay to ask questions, but it’s never okay to make accusations. If you don’t have video evidence of someone cheating, then stop thinking they’re cheating, and assume they’re just good. Start asking, “How do you do that? How can I do that? What tips can help me reach a higher level of skill?” Coming full circle, all the hacker hunters with a large following have gained their following from manipulation, harassing others, and blatantly using cheats themselves. They hypocrites that feed on the emotions of their viewers. If you still support those people, YOU are the problem. The occasional hacker hunter is needed, but bullshit artists aren’t. And hey, Call of Duty! Ricochet sucks, the shadowban feature is atrocious, and refusing to invest into something that does its job properly is ridiculous. If Apex can detect Warzone cheats within minutes, y’all are failing.
