The best carb for fat loss is potatoes. They rank highest on the satiety index meaning they keep you full longer. They're modrate in calories. Many easy ways to prep them. They're also cheap. Potatoes are the best carb when cutting. Eat them.

I never thought I’d be able to deprescribe my antipsychotic.

Zero is better than any. Drink as little alcohol as possible. Reserve it for special occasions and even then limit it.

Alcohol is poison.
Zero is better than any amount.
If you drink, two per week should be your absolute ceiling.
