@APH00PS @Kaiyuk11 I meant you’d either extend him and retrade him the following season. Or you retrade him at the deadline if you can’t come to an agreement. Players like Klay and Naji are more of a priority to decide and what to do with compared to PJ anyways

I mean relatively speaking, Keldon is probably going to warrant 10% of the cap so ~$15-16M annually. PJ makes 12-13% and is the better player (in my opinion, especially in the playoffs). You’re gonna end up having a worse player at a similar AAV. Also he can’t be traded until 6 months after he’s extended

I’m like 99.9% certain that PJ Washington is going to end up a San Antonio Spur for Carter Bryant and the Mavericks’ 2028 first-round pick returned to them
