The scariest part of this is that I have the same insurance (most expensive policy) for my holiday in the spring. Which I am now worried about. If anything goes wrong I may not be properly covered??? 😭

@NesslingGolf @HolidayExtras Yup, I have asked for specifics from HE but it takes weeks for each email reply. If there is a loophole I want to know what it is. In the meantime I want to know why the holiday company recommends them. Our situation was clearly one that you take out insurance in case of.

@KJames_IntBio @HolidayExtras Yeh just keep going. Unfortunately they hope you just back down. Iv had 4 emails today from different people all saying different things. They haven’t got a clue.

@HolidayExtras must be the worst holiday Insurence in history. You buy Insurence for them to do nothing but take your money. 🤷🏼‍♂️ 8 weeks still no response.

@munozNewcastle It’s such a scam. They haven’t even said why and I can’t see a reason from the policy as it was completely comprehensive. 🤬🤬🤷‍♀️

@agapow Holiday Extras. Which is not a real surprise now I have investigated a bit. Lots of similar stories if you delve beyond the 5-star reviews. They were recommended by the holiday company we booked with. 😫

Ah good. After 6 months of waiting our holiday insurance has found a loophole so they don’t have to pay. Given I took out the most expensive policy, I’m livid. Total rip-off. 🤬🤬🤬
