Avoid @HolidayExtras they don't provide the services they sell. They refer you to the T&C on the website of the actual service provider but don't provide those at the time of booking. They mis sell and then it's 'Nothing To Do With Us' #HolidayExtras #MSE

@HolidayExtras showing fantastic customer service by only refunding me £94.42 of my £250 booking for Novotel stay and airport parking at @STN_Airport despite my Emirates flight being cancelled due to the situation in Dubai - apparently I should have still used the hotel booking!

@HolidayExtras It doesn’t help though does it. I’ve been left in Bangkok instead of going back to Stansted via Dubai. I’ve been trying to extend my parking and had someone in UK trying to phone you. No response

@HolidayExtras any chance of a reply to my complaint? Following you ripping me off with regards to the Aspire Lounge at Birmingham airport? Paid for two hours ( could have been three) and was told we could not even check our bags in until two hours before!!! Why openly do this??

@HolidayExtras leave a poor review for this business and look what happens when you submit….coincidence I think not. they charged me double to extend insurance for 1 day due to a simple error. Good initial price but any change is punitive, avoid!! #holiday #travel #insurance

@nicolaT1968 Good Afternoon. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment. Shared shuttles make several stops at different hotels; journey times can depend on the route, number of drop-offs and the locations involved. Private transfers provide a more direct service and are usually quicker

@HolidayExtras Don’t bother trying to ask for help as they don’t - was stuck on a transfer bus yesterday 3 hours for a 20 minute journey whilst the bus dropped off at least 20 different hotels . Was told should have booked a private transfer as this is why shuttle buses are cheaper ????

@HolidayExtras Be careful if you have a transfer booked with these. There was an error made by our agent with which hotel we are at and the back and forth to change is very poor. Even the agent is struggling. Had to sort alternative out. Poor poor customer service.

So @HolidayExtras having booked a night in a @CrownePlaza hotel and parking for £286.70 whilst we are on holiday you got dates wrong, then told us only way to rearrange was to cancel and rebook, and when we cancelled you refused a refund! You going to sort this? #CustomerService

@No1Lounges @HolidayExtras why can I book a lounge for 4pm then when I try to check in I’m told it cannot be until 3 hours before my flight. I don’t want to spend 3 hours before my flight at the lounge as I won’t be here for the last hour so you’re ripping me off!
